Satisfaction Guarantee

Alvé has a 30-day money-back satisfaction policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, no questions asked.  You pay the return shipping fee.  A refund will be issued in full once item is received.  Be certain to leave the tags on and to return it in the condition you received it.  

We also have a 90-day quality guarantee.  We are so confident in the quality of our silicone used for bracelet making, if your bracelet breaks during the 90 days after purchase, gather up the beads, return it at your own expense, and we will do our best to repair it. If for any reason it cannot be repaired, we will send you a similar bracelet, free of charge.
